From the comfort and privacy of your own space, Marisol Mental Health offers expert psychiatric care tailored to your needs.

Following the initial consultation, care for new individuals to our practice begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation during which your mental health history, current concerns, and treatment goals are assessed to guide an individualized plan.

Ongoing care may include medication management, psychotherapy (talk therapy), or a combination of both. Psychotherapy approaches may include psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

When loss feels overwhelming, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We now offer group therapy for grief and loss.

    Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

    The comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is the first step in care. This assessment is designed to understand your personal history, current concerns, unique needs, and treatment goals to guide an individualized plan of care.

    Medication Management

    After the initial evaluation, care may include medication management if beneficial to reaching your goals. We work collaboratively with you to find and maintain an effective medication regimen with ongoing follow up.

    Individual Therapy

    Psychotherapy provides a supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, behavior patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself, equipping you with tools to manage your mental health concerns and support emotional wellbeing.
